Once the resort is completed, the Oasis town centre will be a very large commercial and leisure area which will sit on a huge lake at the centre of the resort. It is Hispano-Arabic architecture and it consists of a collection of buildings connected by wooden walkways over the water. Among other things the Oasis will house an impressive spa built with a Roman baths theme, a full size supermarket and a wealth of restaurants, bars and cafes.


Condado de Alhama is located close to both some of the best beaches on the Mediterranean and the highest mountains in the region of Murcia. The resort is about 25 minutes from Murcia City and will only be 15 minutes from the new international airport at Corvera. In addition to this, there are 3 new dual carriageways being built which will connect the resort to the coast, Cartagena and Murcia, making access quick and easy.


La Isla del Condado is a selection of apartments directly overlooking the Gran Lago - the largest lake on the Condado del Alhama Resort. The apartments are unique: there is just one island on the resort and the number of apartments have been limited to 396, including 2 and 3 bedroom properties.


The Isla resort will have its own private access point, over the bridge joining the island to the rest of the resort. On the island there will be three infinity pools, directly overlooking the lake creating a beautifully peaceful environment to relax and get away from it all. There will also be four piers / lookouts, from which you can go sailing on the lake and also take a ferry to the Oasis: the centre for shopping, bars and restaurants, including a large spa, offering all the different types of massages and beauty treatments.


There are several designs of apartments at Condado including ground floor apartments with private gardens up to 120m2: the largest gardens of any apartments at Polaris World. All the apartments are designed to capture the best views of the lake and their large terraces will provide lots of space for outdoor living and dining. There are now just a few remaining apartments on the island.


The Naranjos de Alhama area is situated in the heart of the Condado de Alhama Resort and has its own town centre: El Agora which contains 13,000 square meters of restaurants, bars, shops and sports facilities. In addition the club house for the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course is located here, set over two floors with a wealth of facilities. Naranjos de Alhama is also within easy walking distance of the main Oasis town centre.


The apartments in Jardines de Naranjos offer 3 bedroom apartments on the ground floor with private gardens and front and rear terraces and 2 bedroom apartments with large roof terraces on the top floor. Either type of apartment is perfect for enjoying the 315 days of sunshine per year.


The El Mirador apartments have been designed around landscaped gardens and swimming pools and are very family friendly areas. Access is controlled at each of the private entrances to the El Mirador and there is the El Mirador Club, equipped with a swimming pool, gym and chill out bar. Sports facilities are close by providing tennis, paddle tennis, football, basketball and gyms. The Agora town centre is also near by with its sports facilities, bars, restaurants and shops.


El Mirador de Alhama is situated in an elevated position overlooking the rest of the Condado de Alhama Resort to one side and has views of highest mountains in the region on the other. There is a walking trail with viewing points around the area and there is a lot of green space.
