The property is in very good condition throughout. It is approximately 100sq mts and consists of a long bar, seating for approximately 40, toilets and a nice size fully equipped kitchen. We have an outside licence for tables and chairs.
The bar is approximate 50 mts from the beach and on one of the main roads down. The bar has a hatch on the side for serving people walking to and from the beach and does really good business in the summer being the nearest bar to the beach.
At this time we have a quiz night, salsa classes and a whist drive arranged weekly at the bar for the winter.
Previous owners actually earned enough in the summer months not to open in the winter, but it has a good winter following especially this year with many bars closing down.
