This luxurious detached villa with private pool and garden is available to rent on the top-class Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa is superbly equipped with air-conditioning and Sky TV. Food can be ordered to arrive at your self-catering accommodation before you arrive. Please ask for details when you book. The villa is centrally located within the resort, just 30 metres walk from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. on the Mar Menor Resort you have the use of the 9 hole golf course, plus a free shuttle bus to the other Polaris World golf courses at La Torre and El Valle. A tennis court, gym, large community pool, hairdresser and medical centre are also available. Murcia City is 30 minutes drive from the resort, and Cartagena city just 10 minutes drive. In both places you will find plenty of excellent shopping. The lovely, family friendly beaches of the Mar Menor are just 5 minutes drive away.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is set in a peaceful location just 5km from the family friendly beaches of the Mar Menor Sea. The clear warm waters in this region make it very popular with water sports enthusiasts. The gently shelving beaches and absence of strong currents mean that the beaches are perfect for families. It is perfect as a base for relaxing by the pool, with all the facilities you need just a short walk away. The more adventurous may enjoy exploring the rich history and culture of this part of Spain. The villa is just 30 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Murcia with its excellent cuisine, high class shopping and nightlife....and 10 minutes from the city of Cartagena with its Roman ruins, large naval base and historically important port. Airport access is easy, with Murcia airport located just 10 minutes away and Alicante airport just 50 minutes drive. If you don't want to drive, we can arrange airport collection and return for you
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There are bedside tables and bedside lamps in each room.
Originally the golf course was designed by Dave Thomas as a 9-hole course, however Mar Menor is now set to extend its golf course from 9 to 18 holes. With the new extension to this popular development it will eventually boast a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course.
The resort which has golf professionals on site to assist any newcomers or anyone wishing to brush up on their swing, also has a practice putting area and driving range which is open every day.
