The Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club is a well respected gated Florida Resort offering both golfers and visitors to Disney World an excellent place to relax after a busy day, with some of Florida's best villas and vacation amenities. Only 15 minutes from Disney and easy road access to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Aquatica and all the other attractions that the Orlando area has to offer, our luxuriously furnished villa is going to make this a vacation to remember.
For golfers we can offer a perfect Play and Stay vacation within the community of the Southern Dunes Golf Country club. The course has recently been voted #17 in the top 50 Golf Courses in America by GolfWorld's Reader's Choice Awards. Other awards include No 6 in Florida's Best in State (2007 - 2008) in Golf Digest, awards from Golf Week's "Top 100 Modern Courses" from 1997 – 2000, a 4 ½ Star ranking by Golf Digest and "Top 10 Courses Built In America 1987-1997" honors by Links Magazine.
This villa is only a short drive from the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes area where the annual RussMatt Baseball Central Florida Invitational is to be held. Our villa provides the family with excellent accommodation whilst you come to support your team. |

Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen with range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and separate laundry facilities.
Living Area: The kitchen leads into a luxurious living area offering a cool, comfortable haven to relax or indulge in some quiet reading time, and a 42" flat screen TV and DVD with comfortable seating for evening downtime.
Bedrooms: The home sleeps up to 10 guests very comfortably and provides two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities with king beds. One master is on the ground floor, one queen bed room on the ground floor, and one master and two twin rooms on the upper level.
Games Room: The excellent games room is fully equipped with air hockey table, pool table and darts board for those with energy to spare.
Pool Area: The pool area leads from the lounge with plenty of seating for the family to sit around the pool and catch some sun bathing with the occasional swim to cool off from the glorious Florida weather. |

From Orlando :
Take I4 West to exit 55 and head south on US27 for 7 miles. Southern Dunes Blvd is on your left at the traffic lights with Walmart Superstore on your left. Once passed the security gate, immediately take the first left on to Hemingway Avenue and follow the road around to the Kokomo Bay area and the villa will be on your right.
From Tampa :
